TagPipes + Olo

Bring your closed Olo orders into Lens, next to your web analytics and ad data.

Lens: Olo Order Export

Lens reads closed-order batches from the Olo Order Export API into tables in your workspace. It never changes or deletes anything in Olo.

How you set it up

  1. Ask Olo for Order Export API access, then add the request-signing credential Olo issues (client ID, client secret and environment) in Settings > Security & Access.
  2. In Lens, open Data Tables, click + New Table and choose Olo.
  3. Choose one row per order or one row per line item, then set the schedule.
What it readsClosed orders, flattened to one row per order or one row per line item. The raw export is kept too.
LimitsOlo keeps export batches for only 30 days, so the first sync can only backfill what Olo still holds. You need Order Export API access from Olo.
PlanIncluded with every Lens plan.
