Echo: Twilio call status callbacks
Echo receives the status callbacks Twilio Voice sends for your phone numbers.
How you set it up
- In Echo, open Sources, add a Server to Server source and choose Twilio as the platform.
- Paste the URL as your phone number's status callback in Twilio.
- Optionally store your Twilio Auth Token in Settings > Security & Access to check Twilio's signature, and pin your Account SID.
| What it receives | One twilio.call.<status> event per callback, with every field Twilio sends. |
|---|---|
| Limits | Voice status callbacks only. No SMS. |
| Plan | Included with every Echo plan. Lens tables need a Lens plan. |
How your data is handled
- Credentials you add are stored in Settings > Security & Access, and you can remove them there at any time.
- Each company sees only the data from the accounts and sources it connected.
